On August 19, 2019, Alegeus completed a final round of upgrades across its three facilities. Only steps from the previous headquarters, the new state-of-the-art facility is a physical reflection of the company’s culture and surrounds the workforce with professional, engaging, and energizing workspaces that allow the company to retain existing associates and recruit from the strong and diverse talent pool that’s located in the Boston metro area.
Progressive, open spaces promote team collaboration while an interactive experience center showcases innovative solutions to employees and visitors. In addition to more space to accommodate the company’s rapid growth and expanding market presence, the state-of-the-art operations center has enhanced its call, claim and back office processing as well as its critical operations and technology tracking.
Key job titles located in the corporate headquarters include operations, product innovation, software engineering, product development, and technical support. The office is also home to many Alegeus executives.
