Alegeus, the market leader in consumer-directed healthcare (CDH) solutions, has welcomed three new members to its executive leadership team over the past several months: Leif O’Leary as Chief Executive Officer, Shay Gonen as Chief Financial Officer and Aditya Joshi (AJ) as Chief Product and Technology Officer. O’Leary, Gonen and Joshi will join the already strong Alegeus executive team to help lead the company through its next phase of growth, as former CEO Steve Auerbach steps into the role of Executive Chairman.

O’Leary was hand-selected by Auerbach for his focus on client success via market disruption, operational excellence and exceptional growth. He brings more than 25 years of leadership, along with a unique skillset in sales, go-to-market strategy development and operational excellence across multiple software markets. Before joining Alegeus, he was CEO of Intralinks, a market-leading fintech solution for secure high-stake transactions within the global banking, deal-making and capital market communities. Known as a mentor and motivator to his colleagues, O’Leary has a well-regarded leadership style that allows for easy, open engagement between customers, suppliers, employees and C-level executives.

Gonen brings to the CFO role more than 25 years of strategic and hands-on leadership experience at several high-growth technology companies, including ClickSoftware (acquired by Salesforce), Verint, MRV and Elbit. He has an extensive track record of building global business operations in various markets and geographies, as well as taking an active role in M&A transactions and integration. Gonen previously worked with O’Leary at Intralinks, where they formed a dynamic partnership around the shared goals of company and revenue growth.

Joshi brings to the CPTO role 30 years of experience and a proven track record of driving product management, product marketing, engineering, operations and support. Joshi will lead the evolution of the Alegeus product strategy and portfolio by introducing market-leading innovation and creating value for clients and shareholders. Before joining Alegeus, Joshi was EVP of Products and Technology at Threat Stack.
