Future iterations will expand these AI capabilities to additional failure reasons, ensuring a continually enhanced experience over time.
The improved verification process also supports employers and administrators by helping more consumers successfully open and fund their HSAs. Higher completion rates lead to more stable participation and smoother HSA program administration, benefiting all stakeholders in the ecosystem.
