The Alegeus Customer Support Portal is the single fastest way to get your issues resolved. For more information on how the Support Portal works, see the FAQ section below.
Register yourself: Visit alegeus.freshdesk.com/support/login and click on chat bubble in the bottom right corner.
To log in to the portal: Go to My Account within WealthCare Administration or visit alegeus.freshdesk.com/support/login.
The Support Portal is your one-stop center for submitting questions, issues and requests. Once you submit an issue, we will route it to the appropriate Alegeus team member(s) and resolve it in a timely manner.
Although email may seem like a faster or more personal way to receive support, we ask clients to use the Support Portal for all requests. This ensures we can process all issues in an orderly and efficient manner. We assure you your requests through the Support Portal will be addressed faster than through email.
Through a “wizard”-type approach, you can choose options to describe the question, request or issue you have. The system will then open a ticket and automatically route it to the appropriate team for action and response. We’ve created this helpful Support Portal Guide to walk you through this new and improved experience.
If the Support Portal is not allowing you to sign up or request a password reset, you can go to the bottom right of the login page and click the blue chat bubble button. This will allow you to submit a ticket directly to the Alegeus Customer Support Portal Admin for assistance in getting your issue resolved.
This comprehensive guide walks you through the process of signing in to the Support Portal, as well as how to submit, update and escalate tickets.
