Roy leads Alegeus’ legal, compliance, risk, regulatory, procurement and information security functions. With over 25 years of experience in global legal operations, he specializes in corporate matters, IPOs, M&A and strategic transactions.

Previously, Roy was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Cybereason, Mavenir and Xura, leading legal teams through high-growth and complex transactions. Earlier in his career, he served as Associate General Counsel at Comverse Technology and a Senior Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
