CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Shay Gonen is the Chief Financial Officer at Alegeus. Shay is a senior finance and business operations executive with over 25 years of strategic and hands-on management experience in global high-tech public companies such as Verint, MRV and Elbit. Shay has an extensive track record of building global business operations in various markets and geographies, supporting organic growth as well as taking an active role in M&A transactions and integration. Prior to joining Alegeus, Shay served as CFO at a high-growth technology companies, including ClickSoftware (acquired by Salesforce) a leading provider of automated mobile workforce management and optimization solutions for field service organizations, and most recently at Intralinks (acquired by SS&C) a leading provider of virtual data rooms and financial technology software. Shay holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and Management, cum laude, from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology and MBA in Finance from Bar-Ilan University, Israel.
