Alegeus received the Pinnacle Award during Health-E Commerce’s ninth annual Partner Summit, held September 30–October 1 in Deer Valley, Utah. Health-E Commerce Senior Vice President of Sales Steve Jackson presented the award, which recognizes Alegeus’ leadership and collaboration.
“Alegeus has continued to set the standard for strategic leadership and forward-thinking innovation,” said Jackson. “When we discuss big ideas, their first response is rarely, ‘Why?’ It’s usually, ‘How do we make it happen?’ That mindset has helped drive meaningful innovation across our partnership.”
Jackson also highlighted Alegeus’ plans for a three-part, platform-wide integration — single sign-on (SSO), DirectPay, and Balance Display — designed to support a more connected participant experience for its third-party administrator (TPA) clients. He recognized Alegeus’ work to address industry challenges, including FSA forfeitures and emerging strategies for HRAs and GLP-1 plan designs.
The partnership’s focus on innovation is helping TPAs strengthen participant engagement and maximize the value of their benefit offerings. Sessions among all TPA clients on the platform have grown more than 33% year to date.
“We’re honored to receive Health-E Commerce’s Pinnacle Award,” said Melanie Hallenbeck, Chief Growth Officer, Alegeus. “This recognition reflects the strength of our collaboration and our shared commitment to helping benefits administrators deliver more connected, valuable experiences for participants.”
