Mark leads our post-sale services and managed services teams and is accountable for our partner, employer and participant experiences. Previously, Mark served as President, Consumer Solutions, where he was responsible for building high-impact initiatives, including our WealthCare COBRA and WealthCare HSA businesses. Mark brings over 30 years of experience, specializing in driving disruptive new technologies and services into the healthcare and financial services markets.

His background includes serving as President of Consumer Solutions, where he launched high-impact initiatives like an integrated COBRA solution. A cofounder of Benaissance and former SVP of Strategy and Product at RevSpring, he has held executive roles focused on strategy, growth and product innovation.
