Legislative Update: What's in Store for 2024?

On the eve of HSA’s 20th anniversary, Kevin McKechnie from the American Bankers Association’s HSA Council and Alegeus Director of Growth Enablement Stefanie Adams shared the state of the legislative landscape as it relates to HSAs and other relevant legislation.
Additionally, here is a non-exclusive list of bills from the House and Senate that the HSA Council supports, in some cases for more than a decade, and that they recommend be voted upon favorably. If you get a chance, we encourage you to contact your representatives to ensure your voice is heard.
