Alegeus Technologies Announces eClaims Manager to Automate Benefit Account Adjudication Processes and Improve the Participant Experience

Alegeus Technologies, the market leader in healthcare and benefit payments, today announced the release of eClaims Manager – new functionality within its benefit account administration and debit card processing platform that allows administrators to receive insurance carrier claim data feeds for use in automating claims adjudication and reimbursement processes.

By leveraging carrier claim data within their benefit account administration platform, administrators are in a position to create tremendous adjudication efficiencies and cost advantages for their business operations, while empowering participants to take control of their healthcare expenses.

Through pre-built integration between Alegeus and its claims partners, administrators can receive automated carrier claim data feeds directly into the Alegeus account administration system – which can then be used to auto-substantiate debit card transactions, as well as automate adjudication and reimbursement processes.

Additionally, administrators can make carrier claim data available for presentment via online participant portals – giving participants greater control over their healthcare expenses with the ability to view, manage, and make payments directly from their benefit accounts.
