Alegeus Inclusive Innovation Curriculum and Certification

At Alegeus, we are intentional about cultivating a diverse and inclusive culture. We challenge one another to recognize biases, honor our identities and celebrate our differences, as we believe these values enrich our workplace and drive our business forward. As a company, we are dedicated to promoting fairness and equality across all identities, and our Inclusive Innovation Team holds us true to our commitment.

As part of our Managers Training Program, we’ve developed ongoing initiatives and training around diversity and inclusion, including an embedded D&I curriculum to cultivate an innovative and inclusive business culture. Managers can earn badges for completing each level of this curriculum. In addition, we’ll soon implement an annual recertification for managers.

This curriculum is structured in four levels:

• Level 1 – Bronze (mandatory for all managers)
  1.5 hours, with courses covering unconscious bias, leading a diverse workforce, multiculturalism and the law, and more.
• Level 2 – Silver
  75 minutes of courses covering the American Disabilities Act, transgender protections, valuing diversity and more.
• Level 3 – Gold
  Courses built from select Ted Talks that focus on diversity and inclusion (must watch 5 Ted Talks)
• Level 4 – Platinum
  Courses built from select Ted Talks that focus on diversity and inclusion (must watch 10 Ted Talks)
