We felt it was strategic for us to “own” the account experience – we wanted everything under our brand and we wanted the account experience to be fully integrated into our member channels. We looked around at potential solution partners and Alegeus was the only one that gave us the flexibility we needed to facilitate our product strategies.

We considered deploying our own account solution, but in the end decided we weren’t ready to take on the operational lift. It was great to have a full spectrum of support options as we decided our best path forward – Alegeus could take on as much or as little as we needed them to. In the end, we decided a referral relationship is best, so we can still deliver accounts but in a more hands-off capacity.
