Alegeus Offers Three-Day Platform Certification Training Program

As your partner for growth, Alegeus platform users can now be system-certified with three days of in-depth platform training. Four times a year, you can join Alegeus in our state-of-the-art Orlando facility for hands-on system training where you will work alongside Alegeus experts every step of the way. Coursework will move you along the path to becoming a certified Alegeus platform user!
Certification courses cover the end-to-end Alegeus platform and will take a deep-dive into system and plan setup, reimbursement, EDI, reporting, enrollment and contribution management, and so much more. On day three, we will conclude our time together with a Q&A session before your final certification quiz.
Meet the Alegeus trainers
- Hesh Shorey: Hesh has been with the company since 2002 and was the 23rd employee the company ever hired! This August will make 15 years that Hesh has bled orange and blue – making him the best resource for deep system knowledge. Hesh has spent significant time in multiple departments across the organization, from technical call center support and a nine-year stint in service delivery, to the last five years where he has dedicated 100% of his time to training Alegeus clients. The way to Hesh’s heart is through fishing, golfing and spending time with his family.
- Alan Sterling: Al has been in education and training for more than 20 years and holds a Masters in Education Leadership. Al is a self-proclaimed geek – enjoying the likes of superheros, Dungeons & Dragons and everything geeky in between. When he is not geeking-out, you will find him spending time with his wife and taming his two boys from destroying everything in their path.
- Forest Brooks: Forest began his Alegeus career as a curriculum designer, strengthening the training team with his unique ability to craft training materials that effectively engage and resonate with his audience. Forest applies his writing ability and passion for coaching not only to the Alegeus training program, but also in his time spent outside of work as a BMI-affiliated composer, lyricist, arranger and producer.
- Emily Buchanan: With extensive experience in corporate training, Emily joined the Alegeus family in 2016. She has been quick to learn the Alegeus platform and is instrumental in developing the Alegeus internal training program, implementing our knowledge management tool and training clients on the Team Support solution. In her spare time, you will find Emily outside near the water with her husband eating fancy food.
